Dispatch Times (standard 1-2 working days)

Unless otherwise stated (within the product description) our standard dispatch is usually within 1 - 2 working days using either 1st Class Royal Mail or UK Couriers where appropriate. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order in this time frame we will contact you as quickly as possible to discuss the options with you.

We are offering next day delivery, on selected products as indicated, please note that orders placed over the weekend will be delivered to you on Tuesday. Items bought between Monday and Friday before midday will be delivered to you on the next working day. Offer applies to UK Mainland addresses only, otherwise item will be dispatched 1st Class Royal Mail.

Customer Discount Codes

As part of our customer loyalty initiative we sometimes offer discount codes which automatically reduce the cost of your goods.

If you have recieved one of these codes or seen one on an advert here is how you can redeem it:

1) Place items in your basket as normal. 
2) Before proceeding to place the order enter code in the box provided and press the Apply Changes button.
3) The discount will be made automatically and deducted from the total charged.

Please note if you have any difficulty applying your code please complete the purchase as normal and drop us a note with the code and we will make sure your discount is applied when we dispatch your items.

Bulk Discounts for Schools, Clubs, Charities

In order to support the local community we offer a 20% bulk discount, off our advertised prices, to Schools, Clubs, Charities and Community Projects based in the UK.

Discounts and quantities will need to be agreed in advance by completing and returning our application form. You can request one from us by emailing us at;

We aim to process all applications received within 2 working days which means dispatch and delivery of your items will be fast.
